Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Navigator in Calderdale to deliver interventions within custody and outreach settings. You will manage a caseload, develop recovery and treatment plans, and work with IOM and Probation to reduce reoffending and substance-related harm.

The role focuses on collaboration with partners and providing person-centred support in the community. Excellent boundary setting and co-production principles are required, with experience in 1-2-1 and group

Qualifications

• Understanding of and ability to implement interventions (MI, PSIs, CBT, ITEP).
• Experience delivering 1-2-1 and group therapeutic interventions.
• Experience carrying out assessment and recovery planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload by creating, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
• Facilitate and promote progression of individuals from engagement into structured treatment.
• Collaborate with partners to achieve health and wellbeing outcomes.
• Apply co-production principles across treatment and recovery stages.
• Engage service users in service design and Calderdale forums.
