Change Grow Live in Swindon is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, ensuring access to the right interventions at the right time. You will join the Opiate Team and support people with drug issues in a compassionate, person-centred approach.
The role requires strong substance misuse understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to work with partners and professionals while upholding safeguarding and information governance standards.

With this role you’ll be working as part of Opiate Team.The team supports people with their or their loved ones’ Drug issues.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
