Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Hull. You will deliver one-to-one interventions and manage comprehensive care plans, supporting clients in OST and harm-reduction goals.

The role also involves BBV screening, Hepatitis C testing, rapid treatment pathways, Naloxone distribution, and leading alcohol therapy interventions to help reduce and abstain. This contract runs 3–6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

  • Solid recovery sector experience.
  • UK Right to Work.
  • Enhanced DBS (validated).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one interventions and manage comprehensive care plans.
  • Monitor and support clients engaged in Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST).
  • Deliver active harm reduction advice, safe disposal education, and Naloxone distribution.
  • Carry out Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening, championing Hepatitis C testing and rapid treatment pathways.
  • Lead structured alcohol therapy interventions to support reduction and abstinence goals.
  • Advocate for service users across local support and healthcare networks.

Recovery Coordinator

Location: Hull

Pay: £20.00 - £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)

Contract: 3-6 months (with extension potential)
