  • UK Right to Work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage care pathways and deliver regular 1-to-1 keyworking sessions.
  • Oversee Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST) management, monitoring client progress alongside clinical prescribers.
  • Provide robust harm reduction education, injecting equipment provision, and Naloxone distribution.
  • Administer Blood Borne Virus (BBV) tests, specifically driving Hepatitis C screening and treatment uptake to support local elimination targets.
  • Deliver structured alcohol therapies and behavioral support programs.
  • Connect clients with housing, employment, and mental health services across the city.

Recovery Coordinator

Location: Liverpool

Pay: £20.00 – £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)

Contract: 3–6 months (with a good chance of extension)
