Job summary

Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Coach for the Northumberland Recovery Partnership. Based in Blyth with cross-site work in Ashington, you’ll support people across recovery stages, delivering planned care, psychosocial interventions and group work.

• Experience delivering one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions.
• Understanding of recovery planning, assessment and risk management.
• Confident working independently with lone-working requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users and develop recovery plans.
• Carry out triage, screening and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete risk assessments and safeguarding plans.
• Deliver one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions.
• Develop and run structured recovery groups to meet client needs.
• Facilitate engagement with treatment and community resources.
