Job summary

Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Coach for the Northumberland Recovery Partnership, based in Blyth with travel to Ashington and other sites. You’ll manage caseloads, deliver recovery planning, and provide one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions to support sustained recovery.

The role requires a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it) and experience in recovery planning, risk management, and motivational interviewing.

Qualifications

Experience delivering one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions.
Understanding of recovery planning, assessment and risk management.
Understanding of motivational interviewing and structured psychosocial interventions.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of service users, developing and reviewing individual recovery plans.
Carry out triage, screening and comprehensive assessments.
Complete risk assessments and safeguarding plans.
Deliver one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions.
Develop and deliver structured recovery groups.
Promote engagement and progression with treatment and services.
