Job summary

Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Coach for the Northumberland Recovery Partnership, based in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The role involves caseload management, recovery planning and delivering individual and group psychosocial interventions to support sustained recovery.

You will work across sites with lone-working requirements, apply motivational interviewing techniques and collaborate with partner agencies. A Level 3 health and social care qualification (or willingness to pursue) is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions.
• Understanding of recovery planning, assessment and risk management.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Health & Social Care in post.

Responsibilities
