Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Navigator for the Northumberland Recovery Partnership in Blyth. You will deliver recovery planning, carry out assessments, and provide person-centred support to people affected by substance use, housing and related challenges.

Within a multi-disciplinary team, you will manage caseloads, conduct triage and assessments, and coordinate access to treatment, counselling and community services, while maintaining accurate records and supporting positive recovery

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Experience or understanding of recovery planning, risk management and safeguarding practices.
• Knowledge of and ability to deliver interventions such as Brief Interventions, MI, PSIs, CBT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users, developing and reviewing personalised recovery plans.
• Conduct triage, screening and comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks.
• Provide one-to-one support sessions and psychosocial interventions.
• Coordinate access to treatment, counselling, vocational training and peer support.
