Job summary

Vets Now is seeking a Weekend Veterinary Receptionist in Stirling to be the friendly face of our emergency services. You will greet clients, take calls, and manage transactions in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include relaying information to the veterinary team and handling routine administrative duties while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front-desk roles within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to handle financial transactions and basic administration.

Role Responsibilities

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
  • Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
  • Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Every other weekend working Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 18:00 to 23:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
