Responsibilities

• Register and deal with patients to start their UTC journey
• Perform general office duties: scanning, filing, booking clinic appointments
• Handle telephone calls and provide clerical support to the department
• Admit patients as required and maintain patient confidentiality
• Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming service
