Nottingham CityCare Urgent Treatment Centre is seeking a dedicated healthcare support worker for direct patient care. The role involves working within a clinician-led UTC to assess and treat urgent but non-life-threatening conditions, with shifts across early to late hours.

The post is permanent and part-time (22.5 hours per week) with flexible 365-day coverage, requiring excellent teamwork, dysflexibility, and a patient-first approach in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent is essential.
• Care Certificate is required to work in care settings.
• Ability to be flexible over hours and work shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to the UTC team.
• Record basic clinical observations and assist with wound care and simple procedures.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
