Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Receptionist to join our supportive team on the reception. You will work alongside the Reception Manager and Team Leaders to ensure a smooth guest journey and excellent service at the front desk.

No prior experience is required; we value your authentic self and willingness to learn. The role offers in-house training and opportunities for external qualifications, plus benefits and discounts.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on reception, within the hotel. Alongside the Reception Manager and the Reception Team Leaders you will be a key part of the smooth running of the reception area.
