Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will help guests check in, answer queries, and ensure a warm, efficient welcome in a busy hotel environment.

No experience is required; simply bring a welcoming personality and a readiness to learn. You will work closely with the Reception Manager and team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and support the day-to-day running of the reception area.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn and grow in customer service.
• Ability to put guests at the heart of their visit.
• Supportive attitude towards the reception team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the hotel reception.
• Assist the Reception Manager and team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
• Support guests with information and appointments as needed.

Up to £12.71 per hour (dependent on your age)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist at Warner Hotels.As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on reception, within the hotel. Alongside the Reception Manager and the Reception Team Leaders you will be a key part of the smooth running of the reception area.
