Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Night Team Member for Alvaston Hall, a 253-bedroom hotel within the Warner Hotels Group. You will be part of a supportive team delivering guest-focused reception service and helping ensure the hotel runs smoothly during the night.

There is scope for development through in-house training and externally recognised qualifications, with a strong emphasis on customer care and teamwork in a historic setting.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, just be willing to learn and help guests.
• Guest-focused approach and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service at reception during night shifts.
• Support the Night Supervisor to ensure smooth hotel operations overnight.
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe and efficient guest experience during the night.

Join our team at Alvaston Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful 253-bedroom hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian half-timbered country house, making a great base for exploring Cheshire’s green spaces and history.

Up to £13.21 per hour (dependent on your age)

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on reception, within the hotel. Alongside the Night Supervisor and team you will be a key part of the smooth running of hotel during the night.
