Job summary

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital in Wimbledon is looking for a friendly Receptionist to join our Radiology department. You will welcome visitors, answer phones and help patients navigate to the right departments, providing a warm, professional first impression.

The role requires good communication, empathy and basic computer skills (Word and Excel). Shifts are 7.45am-3.45pm or 12:00-20:00 on weekdays, with Saturday options.

Receptionist

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital| Wimbledon, London SW10 5NX| Radiology Reception | Permanent | Full time |37.5 hours per week| Shifts are from 7.45am -15.45pm or 12:00pm- 20:00pm weekdays and 8:00am-13:00pm on Saturday as part of rotation

As a Receptionist in our Radiology department at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you’ll bring excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will be flexible, motivated and show empathy and initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Receptionist, you will:

• Support the smooth running of our main reception
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment
• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our hospital guiding patients to where they need to be
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way and make sure everyone feels valued
