Looking for a role where you can be the welcoming face of an organisation that makes a real difference to the voluntary and community sector across Northern Ireland? NICVA is the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. The role would suit someone with experience of working in a reception, customer service or public-facing environment. You will be able to communicate professionally and courteously, handle telephone enquiries, undertake administrative duties accurately and manage competing tasks and interruptions effectively.
