Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham is seeking a Receptionist- Part time to welcome guests and support smooth front desk operations. You’ll handle check-in and check-out with a focus on delivering a warm, five-star welcome and local guidance to guests.

As part of a vibrant team, you’ll represent the Leonardo Hotels brand with professionalism, organisation, and care, ensuring a memorable guest experience and seamless collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Must have a warm and friendly personality.
• Experience in hospitality is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Be the face of the hotel, providing guests with a five-star welcome and local recommendations.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. Whilst organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, you’ll be offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel!
