Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and uphold the hotel’s service standards. You will be the first point of contact, helping guests have a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience is helpful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
