Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is seeking a friendly Receptionist to support the smooth operation of our Front Office and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll be the first face guests meet, handling check-in/check-out and delivering warm, attentive service in a busy Oxford hotel.

You will provide local recommendations, coordinate with other departments, and uphold our 5-star standards while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality/front desk role is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, guest-focused communication is essential.
