Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Sheffield is seeking a Receptionist to support the smooth operation of the Front Office and help deliver memorable guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism while handling check-in/check-out efficiently.

As a front-line ambassador to the Leonardo Hotels estate, you will collaborate with other departments, provide local recommendations, and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
