Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Receptionist at Isle of Mull Hotel to be the welcoming face of the property. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate bookings with a professional, can-do attitude.

You will manage daily banking, operate booking systems, upsell amenities, and contribute to a warm, efficient guest experience across Scotland and the Lake District.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is ideal.
