A leading company is seeking a Receptionist to join their workplace team in Ipswich. The role involves delivering exceptional front of house service, managing various operational tasks, and collaborating with managerial staff on health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with security measures and assist in administrative reporting, contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the workplace.
We are looking for a receptionist to work as part of the workplace team within Front of House.
Duties
Deliver a professional and first class Front of House Service including meeting room management, hospitality requirements, car parking management, invoice reconciliation.
Management of staff starter/leaver process including managing and auditing ID Access Control cards ensuring security policy adhered to. MI reporting.
Health & Safety: Proactively work with the Workplace Support Manager to ensure notices are up to date and carry out building tours for new starters.
Support the Workplace Manager and Workplace Support Manager with BAU and projects as required.
Positive feedback from key operations managers, internal customers and visitors. Duties performed to right level in appropriate timescales. Invoices checked and approved in agreed timescale.
MI provided in timely manner and in agreed format.
Audit of ID badges.
Compliance with Health and Safety on site.
Compliance with key SLAs, any issues escalated as appropriate.
Compliance with Security processes
Evidence of supporting the Workplace Support Manager in dealing with local site issues.
Ongoing CPD.
