Overview

Location: BMW Stoke

Working hours: 42.5 hours/week; Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00

Salary: £27,059 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist servicing our Central Functions teams and enquiries. You will be our first point of contact for Lookers employees as well as external visitors, playing a crucial role in providing a first-class Lookers experience.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shine through during each interaction, whether over the phone, via email, or in person.

  • Being the first point of contact for Lookers employees and external visitors visiting the site.
  • Responding to queries in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Contributing to a positive and happy working environment.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, demonstrating confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. It is important to show warmth and empathy, along with an approachable and professional manner. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
