The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering enquiries, and supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks.
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Your focus will be on delivering professional, high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include answering the telephone, redirecting calls, and maintaining the reception area. You will also assist the General Manager with administrative duties, such as database management and providing general administrative support.
