Job description

Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bank Receptionist to join our supportive team at the Bradford Eye Hospital. This is a zero-hours contract with pay starting from £13ph, dependent on experience.

The Role

You will be the face of our hospital and the first person patients and visitors see. Your role is to make them feel welcome, inform them about their appointments, answer queries, and support their needs to ensure a positive experience. You will also assist with hospital and patient administration, including billing.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
