Job description

Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bank Receptionist to join our supportive team at our Manchester Eye Hospital. Please note this is a zero-hours contract, with pay starting from £13ph, dependent on experience.

The Role

You will be the face of our hospital, greeting patients and visitors, making them feel welcome, informing them about their appointments, answering queries, and supporting their needs to ensure a positive experience. You will also assist with hospital and patient administration, including billing.
