ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role as a receptionist will focus on providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, along with handling various administrative duties.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  1. Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly.
  2. Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  3. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area in liaison with Housekeeping to ensure standards are upheld.
