About The Role

Your role as a receptionist involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact and offering administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls, responding to inquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages.
  • Handling reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and liaising with Housekeeping to maintain standards.
