Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking a Host and Catering Assistant to join their team at their hospital located in Watford. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop their customer service and catering skills within a private hospital environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Catering team in providing excellent care to patients on wards, including menu assistance, tidying, and ensuring regular refreshments.
2. Support our Chefs with food preparation and stock rotation in restaurant areas.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, serving guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
4. Maintain quality assurance and patient confidentiality at all times.
5. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

Who We're Looking For

1. Experience in a Care or Catering environment is essential.
2. Basic qualification in Food Hygiene or understanding of food safety standards is required; Level 2 training will be provided in-house.
3. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
4. Positive, flexible attitude with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
