Receptionist and Administrator
Bupa Bristol Clinic BS1 3LG
12-month Fixed Term Contract – 40 hours per week
Competitive Salary
Weekdays, weekends, and evenings required between 7:00am - 19:30hrs.

Role Overview

You will ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will meet and greet customers, making them feel at ease and comfortable, and deliver exceptional customer service even under challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and supporting customers throughout their visit, including checkout.
  • Handling incoming queries via phone and email.
  • Maintaining a well-presented reception area.
  • Managing customer paperwork and clinical files.
  • Processing results, invoices, and payments.
  • Organising documents and supporting bookings.
  • Managing post and generating correspondence.
  • Monitoring and ordering supplies.
Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare administration.
  • Customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and proactive learning attitude.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable).
