Job Title: Recruitment Support Specialist / Administrator

Location: Cardiff

Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract

Working Pattern: Minimum 4 days per week on-site

Our client, a recruitment business, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented administrative support specialist for a 12-month maternity cover.

This role is suitable for someone with previous recruitment administration experience, available immediately, and passionate about creating an outstanding experience for employees, candidates, and clients.

Key Duties:
  • Support compliance tasks related to pre- and post-placement activities, including issuing terms of business, registration forms, right-to-work checks, references, qualification checks, and DBS checks.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members.
  • Provide technology support to branch colleagues and ensure meetings and conferences run smoothly.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office supplies efficiently.
  • Support senior management with event preparation, meeting setups, and expense management.
  • Organize employee events and manage office projects.
  • Monitor and manage the office budget.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration and compliance within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in technology and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
