Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Team (BST).

This position is a fixed-term contract role for one month, with working hours of - Due to the nature of the work involved, the role will be based on-site in our new Bristol office.

The Team

This role reports to the Business Support Manager's Assistant and is based in the Bristol Business Support Team, supporting the Bristol office and the wider firm when needed.

The Bristol BST team, along with teams in London and Reading, includes Document Specialists, Legal Secretaries, and Administrative Assistants, all working to meet business needs.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the team and office with on-site tasks such as copying, printing, scanning, and general administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and reprographics support to legal teams
  • Organizing large-volume printing, photocopying, and document production
  • Handling archiving tasks, including reviewing and scheduling original documents
  • Supporting other departments and general duties as required
  • Quality checking work for accuracy and high standards
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Building positive relationships across the business
