Ready to be the friendly face that makes every guest feel at home?
If you love meeting people, enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a busy hotel environment, we'd love to hear from you.
At Sarova Hotels, we're a family-run collection of hotels where people genuinely matter. We believe that when we look after our team, they'll look after our guests. That's why we invest in our people, support career development, and create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged and able to grow.
Based in our beautiful, welcoming reception area, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet and one of the last they'll see before they leave. You'll play a key role in creating memorable stays by providing a warm welcome, outstanding service and ensuring every guest enjoys the genuine hospitality Sarova is known for.
Whether you're checking in a family on holiday, helping a business guest with a request, or recommending local attractions, no two days are the same.
Working 40 hours per week across any 5 days out of 7, you'll be responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient and professional reception service from arrival to departure.
As part of our Front Office team, you'll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer enquiries, handle reservations and work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
The role includes a mixture of early and late shifts, predominantly 7am - 3:30pm or 2:15pm – 10:45pm. Weekend and bank holiday working is required as part of the rota.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys looking after people. Whether you already have hotel reception experience or have developed excellent customer service skills in another hospitality or customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Most importantly, you'll have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
As a family-run hotel group, we know that great hospitality starts with great people. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive workplace where everyone is encouraged to develop their career, share ideas and enjoy coming to work.
Whether you're looking to build your career in hospitality or develop new skills, we'll give you the support, encouragement and opportunities to help you succeed.
Please note: there is no staff car parking on site at the hotel, but plenty of secure space to store bicycles and with great access to local bus and train services.
