Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly, energetic receptionist to greet guests and set the tone for every stay at our Stratford-upon-Avon location. You will be the face of the hotel for guests staying on site and visiting our restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces, offering information about services and the local area.

Qualifications

• Friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist required.
• Experience in branded hotel environment is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• You will be the face of our hotel, greeting guests and setting the tone for every stay.
• You will answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
• You will assist guests visiting our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms with a warm, professional welcome.

£26,436.80 per annum. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest’s stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
