OVERVIEW

Park Holidays is seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, youll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every visitor.

JOB DUTIES
  • Meet and greet holiday guests as the first point of contact for the park.
  • Carry out administration duties on Park Vision as agreed with the Holiday Sales Manager.
  • Provide an information service on all park activities, facilities and local services and attractions.
  • Provide an efficient reservations service to all resident guests.
  • Book guests on arrival in a courteous manner and relay any relevant information regarding the Park's facilities to them.
  • Efficiently operate the Park telephone system.
  • Complete all Welcome Packs with corresponding programs, membership cards etc.
  • Issue and control all keys to guest accommodation.
  • Operate the Park mobile radio system.
  • Take payment for holidays or caravan owners' accounts and issue receipts.
  • Ensure the office and reception are always clean.
  • Open and process post as required.
  • Make outgoing sales calls - upselling extended stays and upgrades.
  • Contact hire fleet guests via telephone to chase for the booking payment as per the Company agreement.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential
