The Park Royal Hotel & Spa near Warrington is seeking a guest-focused team member to create a welcoming first impression.

You will greet guests, assign rooms, process payments, and handle enquiries with professionalism, aiming to exceed expectations and ensure a superb stay.

Qualifications

• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

What will I do?

Y ou will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, tak e payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay .

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146‑bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
