Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, near Oxford, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to welcome guests, assign rooms, process payments and handle admin tasks with a smile.

As the first point of contact, you will resolve guest enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. A passion for service and strong organisational skills are essential in this busy hospitality environment.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
