Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a hospitality food & beverage team and ensure a high standard of guest experience. You will train staff, support promotions, and maintain professional service in a fast-paced setting.

Knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus, and you will motivate and develop the team to achieve excellence across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
