Belong is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact at the Village office. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and assist medical professionals and families while maintaining confidentiality and a tidy reception area.
The role requires a friendly, team-oriented individual who can work both in a team and independently. DBS checks are part of the recruitment process, with benefits listed in the company’s onsite program.
Rate of pay for this role is £13.45 per hour

The Role As you will be the first point of contact you will be meeting and greeting all the visitors to the Village, taking phone calls, assisting medical professionals along with families and friends on their visits. You will need to ensure that all information is kept confidential and that the reception are is tidy at all times.
You will have a positive outlook and be a naturally accommodating person. Ability to work in a team take direction and the ability to work alone when needed. This role is varied so you need be to adaptable.
