Job summary

Christchurch Harbour Hotel in Poole, England, is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. A minimum of one year's hotel reception experience is preferred, with a passion for service excellence and a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Experience with OPERA or Reslynx is advantageous, but full training will be provided. The role offers excellent progression opportunities, on-site meals, staff discounts, and a vibrant working environment within Harbour Hotels.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
