Your future, as a receptionist at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our Lincoln Road practice in 95 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SJAs a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our patients and customers, both face to face and over the phoneBased in a busy 3 surgery mixed NHS and private practice in the city centre, you'll thrive in a fast paced environment, confidently managing patient enquiries, appointments and administrative tasksExperience in a busy healthcare, dental, medical or customer facing setting would be advantageous, although full training will be provided and applicants from other customer service backgrounds are encouraged to applyThe working pattern for this role is part time, working 8:15am to 5:00pm across 3 days per week, although we would also consider candidates looking to work 4 days per week.
