Job summary

mydentist is seeking a friendly receptionist for our Stockport Heaton Moor practice (SK4 4HS). You’ll greet patients in person and on the phone, manage bookings, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly to support the team.

This on-site role offers stable hours and a clear path for development within a leading UK dental provider. Working Mon-Thu 8:30-17:30 and Fri 8:30-16:30, you will be based on site with no remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy reception environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental practice.
• Willingness to learn and use practice management software.

Responsibilities

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our Stockport practice in Heaton Moor, SK4 4HS.As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.The working pattern for this role is full-time, working Monday-Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 and Fridays 8:30 - 16:30.
