Nottingham College in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Receptionist to join our campus teams. You will assist students and visitors, provide information, and support across campuses, starting at 8am when required.

The role is 0.6 FTE on a Band 4 salary (£15,911.40 - £16,599 per annum) on a fixed-term contract. Part-time applications are welcome and benefits include LGPS and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• We require experience in customer service, particularly face-to-face interactions.
• Flexibility to cover different hours and campuses and work across sites.
• Confidence to handle change and the ability to use own initiative.
• Strong administration and IT skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide information and support to customers including students and stakeholders.
• Start at 8am and cover reception at other campuses as needed.

What you'll do

You will have a wealth of experience in customer service, particularly within face to face environments. Being able to work independently and as part of a wider team, offering information and support to our customers including students, internal & external stakeholders. You will be flexible as you will be required to start work at 8am and cover reception services at other campuses. You will champion the "customer first" approach.
