Job summary

Young's Pubs in Norwich is seeking a friendly Receptionist to deliver excellent customer service across our venues. You will be part of a team, with a proactive approach to sales and growth, and you will handle front‑of‑house tasks with attention to detail.

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
