Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Receptionist to set the tone for guests as they enter the venue. You will greet guests with a welcoming smile, entertain them, and help ensure their visit starts on a high note with exceptional service.

In this role, you will contribute to an engaging atmosphere that goes beyond standard reception duties, making interactions enjoyable and ensuring guests feel valued and well looked after. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends is required in our 24/7 casino setting.

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to entertain guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 casino environment and to cover nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
