Job description

We are currently seeking a receptionist to work at our client's site in Leeds, within the front of house team, ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5-star service.

The role involves working on the ground floor, welcoming visitors, assisting them accordingly, answering emails and phone calls promptly, and handling any additional queries from visitors. Administrative duties are also part of the role.

Receptionist - Leeds - £13ph - £15ph - Temp - 12th-16th May
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure a five-star service by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
  2. Answer all calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  3. Manage the reception and helpdesk inboxes.
  4. Raise response works on systems.
  5. Address queries from occupiers or workers.
  6. Sign in visitors and assist with directions.
  7. Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and Facilities Management team.
  8. Maintain the front of house area, replenish stock in kitchens, and ensure areas are tidy.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Customer-facing experience in hotels, restaurants, airlines, marketing, or events.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering high levels of service.
  • Friendly, professional, bubbly personality.
  • Always well-presented (must own a Black/Navy suit with matching blazer, white shirt, black court shoes; tie for males).
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when dealing with high-profile clients.
