Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Hexham is seeking a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest service at arrival, greet guests, and manage check-in duties. You will handle payments and carry out general administrative tasks with a friendly, professional approach to ensure every guest feels welcome.

The role requires passion for customer service, experience in a customer-facing environment, and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• You will be the first impression a guest has upon arriving, greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and perform general administrative duties.
• Ensure all guest inquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Support with checks and administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations.

What will I do?
