As a HotelReceptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive guestexperience and maintaining the efficient operation of the hotel's front desk.Customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calmunder pressure are important qualities for individuals working in this role.

Your mainrole will be to assist guests during check-in and check-out, managereservations, answer guests’ enquiries, and address any issues that guestsmight experience during their stay.
