The Role

• Always delivering exceptional quality andstandards. You’ll have a passion for delivering memorable moments through yourservice, as well as leading and motivating your team.
• You’ll be attentive, well organised and displayhigh levels of customer service standards.
• As well as actively assisting with the smoothoperations of the food and beverage department.
• You will be required to supervise theRestaurant, Bar and Lounge.
• You will be an exceptional team player, with theability to support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations.
• A complete perfectionist in customer service,whilst ensuring full compliance with our excellent food hygiene, as well ashealth and safety standards.
