The May Fair Hotel in London is seeking a Receptionist to join our Front of House team. You will meet and greet guests, manage check-in/out procedures, and handle guest inquiries in a busy 5-star environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience is required.
• Experience with Opera, Office 365, Salesforce and Review Pro is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join our Front Of House team at The May Fair Hotel a a Receptionist.
• As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

• Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
• Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force and Review Pro.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
